Initial Family Law Consultation | Topham Family Law, PLLC
The foundation of our approach is that we are here to help you. When you book a 30-minute consultation with our office, we will carefully listen to your concerns and then tailor an approach designed to address your unique circumstances. Whether you end up hiring us or not, we will provide you with a clear understanding of your situation. If you do select us to be your firm, we will fight hard for you and do everything in our power to get you the best possible results.
What to Expect
Your consultation is an opportunity for you to meet with Jaime Topham to explain more about your situation and to share your goals for its resolution. We want you to relax and feel comfortable and know that we will answer any questions you have.
The consultation gives us a chance to explain what’s different about our firm and how we go about solving problems and communicating with our clients. It also allows you to decide if you would like to retain our representation and if we see your case as a good fit.
If both parties would like to work together, you will have the opportunity to retain our firm at the end of the consultation and walk out of the meeting with the confidence that you now have legal representation for one of the most important events of your lifetime.
Why the $100 Consultation Fee?
When you meet with us, you will be talking to an actual attorney, not a paralegal or secretary. We take the time to get to know your situation and will explain each of your options in plain English and map out the likely outcomes of each of your alternatives. It is our desire to make sure that you have your questions answered when you leave our office, whether you retain us or not. We believe you will leave our office with valuable information that you may not receive from another law firm. As our time is valuable, we charge a consultation fee to ensure that we can take the time to provide a real benefit to you.
